The field Jean LATOUR LABILLE & wire is a family exploitation since 1792 of 12 ha producing one of white high-class wines of France "the Meursault".

Breeding of the wines
The breeding will be carried out over 18 months in barrels of oak. We use few new barrels to avoid completely masking the savour and the flavours subtle of the Meursault. The oak in small quantity becomes almost unperceivable and contributes, in the case of the Meursault to its nut bouquet and of roasted like to the complexity of its maturity.
